A full-service, independently owned and regionally focused energy company,

serving three main purposes:

(1)  We are a full-service wholesale energy company providing producer price and volume services exclusively for the benefit of the producer/operator of local natural gas production.


(2)  We are aggregators with our own production pools, managing natural gas production in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan with proprietary pipeline, sales lines and compression assets.


(3)  We are sellers and traders of natural gas to wholesale trading partners.

We accomplish these purposes by aggregating natural gas from several producers and balancing among multiple producers in our pools. This creates a larger sales volume from which to balance, allocate, and prioritize.  MOGO fixes long term price contracts with the market when we determine prices to be best for the producer operator.
